The promotion is implemented according to the terms and conditions listed below.
The promotion will be conducted by Mastercard Europe SA, Chaussée de Tervuren 198A, B 1410 Waterloo, Belgium ("Mastercard"), during the period from 1 July to 31 December 2021 ("promotion period").
The goal of the promotion is to plant 20,000 trees in collaboration with the Priceless Planet Coalition during the promotion period.
During the promotion period, the amount of top-ups of the Polyright account using Mastercard will be evaluated or counted. The cardholder thus supports the promotion goal by charging the Polyright account with their Mastercard. The minimum top-up amount required to participate in the campaign is CHF 25. For each top-up of a minimum amount of CHF 25, Mastercard will plant one tree. However, no more than one tree will be planted for any top-up of more than CHF 25. Multiple participations are permitted, i.e. if the same person makes several top-ups of at least CHF 25 per top-up during the Promotion Period, a tree will be planted for each of these top-ups. To top up the Polyright account with Mastercard, the card must first be added to the account. Mastercard will plant a maximum of 20,000 trees during this promotion.
Tracking of Mastercard transactions in the Polyright app will be performed on a monthly basis. If the promotion target of 20,000 trees planted is reached within a set interval, no more trees will be planted for any top-ups within the corresponding interval in this period.
At no time will personal account or transaction details be shared when transmitting the evaluated transaction volumes from Polyright to Mastercard. Polyright SA, Rue Oscar-Bider 54, 1950 Sion, is responsible under data protection legislation for data processing when using the Polyright account, in particular for payments or top-ups. You can find Polyright's privacy policy here.
The promotion ends on 31 December 2021, 23:59:59 CET.
Mastercard reserves the right to terminate or suspend the promotion prior to this date at its sole discretion and without liability.
